A Cheltenham man has been banned from parts of the town after being handed an Anti-Social Behaviour Injunction (ASBI) led by our Cheltenham team.
Jimmy Doran, aged 25, has been given the order in a bid to curb his behaviour by Gloucester County Court on 3rd September..
Over several weeks, Gloucestershire Police received a number of complaints about his actions, including targeting vulnerable members of the community, befriending them and then taking their money and valuables.
As a result, our Cheltenham team, were able to secure the injunction against him.
Under the injunction, Doran is now forbidden from:
* Engaging in conduct which causes alarm, harassment or distress to any person within Gloucestershire;
* Using or threatening to use violence towards any person in Gloucestershire;
* Being within the grounds of a number of addresses named in the order.
This ASBI will remain live until 3rd September 2027 and Doran can be arrested if he breaches any part of it.
Members of the public should report any incidents involving Doran to Gloucestershire Police, either through the website or on 101: https://orlo.uk/T2fJL
Solace will continue to work closely with partners from Gloucestershire Police and other key organisations in dedication to combatting anti-social behaviour.
