Help & Advice

If you are experiencing ASB where you live or concerned about ASB elsewhere, below are links to sources of advice and help.

Antisocial behaviour takes many forms, from aggressive, noisy or abusive behaviour to neighbourhood disturbances involving drugs, abandoned cars or animals.  If you’ve witnessed antisocial behaviour, you can report it to the police.

Rough sleeping itself is not an illegal activity, and we will not take any enforcement measures against individuals having or choosing to do so. If you notice that someone is rough sleeping, you can submit a report via StreetLink.

If you’re having a problem with noise like loud music, noisy pubs, rowdy parties or barking dogs in your neighbourhood, your council can help you.

ASB Case Review’s give victims, or victims’ representatives, the right to ask local agencies to review how they have responded to previous ASB complaints. As well as considering what further actions might be taken where the behaviour persists.
